We do not return, exchange, or provide free hair extensions - please know this before ordering. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We thoroughly inspect all hair before shipment in order to ensure consistency and quality. Due to health regulations, hygiene concerns and the nature of the product we do NOT accept returns, so make sure the items you purchase are the ones you want for sure. Additional non-returnable items are gift cards.

Human hair is a human body part and with selling human body parts we must abide by United States Code :

DUE TO UNITED STATES CODE TITLE 42 - THE PUBLIC HEALTH AND WELFARE CHAPTER 6A - PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICE SUB CHAPTER II - GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES Part G - Quarantine and Inspection Sec. 271 - Penalties for violation of quarantine laws, ALL HUMAN HAIR IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. VIOLATION OF THIS LAW shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000 or by imprisonment for not more than one year, or both.
